The Application Manual

The Application Manual

Infinitely Simple · The 14-Week Practice System

You were never taught to operate your own mind and body — the instrument every experience passes through. This is the manual for it: fourteen weeks, one chapter at a time, grounded in the framework of the book.

★★★★★ Five stars from every early reader of The Foundation

ISBN-13: 979-8-9952924-3-2 · © 2026 Kurtis Todd · KKAL Enterprises LLC

The workbook teaches you, across fourteen weeks of short daily exercises, how to sit still on purpose — to bring attention back into your own body on purpose — and to re-establish working communication between your conscious mind and subconscious mind that has been running without your conscious involvement for most of your life.

This is not eastern meditation. Not Buddhist. Not yogic. Not esoteric. Not occult. Not visualization. Not manifestation. Not dissolving the ego. If anything, it is the opposite of most of those things. It is a precision-designed system grounded in logic, neuroscience, and evidence — with no preconceived conclusion — arriving at a deeper understanding of what we are and applying it.

Five minutes per session minimum. Two sessions per day is better. The subconscious learns through consistency, not intensity.
Seven consecutive days per chapter. Miss a day and the seven days begin again — not as punishment but because the registration requires continuity.
The exercise is done in silence. Firm chair, edge of seat, spine straight, eyes closed, timer set. No distractions. No exceptions.
The log is half the practice. Questions, ratings, journal space for comments, insights, subconscious memories, and the view before and after each session.

A guided audio companion accompanies the practice — a spoken walk through each chapter that leads into the silence itself. It supports the written work; it does not replace it. The guided audio →

What It Produces

Not what you force. What arrives.

The therapeutic effects are real and verifiable. They are also, in a particular sense, the visible near edge of something the practice can only point toward. When the noise quiets and the structure comes into alignment, the instrument is tuned and the way begins to clear — but coherence alone does not bear fruit. What the Bible calls the fruits of the spirit are not produced by you, and not produced by the alignment. Joy. Love. Peace. Patience. Kindness. Goodness. Self-control. They bear when the ground beneath you is allowed to express through the cleared structure. The practice opens the way and turns you toward it; it does not, on its own, make you face it.

That is why the integration of conscious and subconscious is only where this begins, not where it ends. Drawing the two minds into one is the threshold; the coherence steadies the instrument and points it in the right direction — but the bearing of fruit asks something past the coherence: a turning, and a beginning. Contact with what lies beneath the subconscious — the ground the whole framework points toward — is the deeper work these pages can open the door to, but not walk through for you. The effects below are the first signs that the door has begun to move.

Relief from chronic mental chatter
The aggressive incessant noise that keeps you up at night begins to quiet as the conscious mind finds its proper position.
Reduced anxiety and depression
Hemispheric balance improves. The brain shifts from past and future into the present. The corpus callosum opens. The body stops reading everything as threat.
Increased self-control
Top-down governance of developmental brain systems improves. Habits change not through force but through changed structural conditions.
Deeper sense of connection
To yourself, to others, to what grounds everything. Not as a belief. As felt experience.
Better quality of sleep
The nervous system learns to shift into its parasympathetic mode. The body stops preparing for emergencies that are not happening.
Psychophysiological coherence
Heart, lungs, and brain begin rising and falling together. The body experiences itself as one wave rather than a chaotic ocean.

The author cannot do the work for you. No one can. Results require effort and consistency. Individual experience varies.

Begin

The subconscious isn’t waiting

Get the workbook. Read Chapter 1 of the book. Start the seven days. The subconscious learns through consistency — there is no version of this that works without beginning.
